The last concert in May is over now. Again, I want to say thank you for all the support you were giving to me while joining my concerts. Martin Kohlstedt Live @ Mehlhose Erfurt (electronic Set)
It was a cold day in February, for the first time I introduced the electronic characteristics of my music to the audience of the Franz Melhose (Erfurt). With a video created by Marcus Grysczok, I´m presenting 20 min of this partucular set from this afternoon to you. Some other upcoming concerts will be electronically performed, too. Every single work of my album will be evolving further, other elements will be added and some arrangements will change. All people, which were present this Sunday, seemed to enjoy the chilled atmosphere. While I was playing, I started to forget my environment and lost myself in a different state of consciousness. When suddenly the audience started clapping, I found myself a bit ashamed, because I realized that I wasn´t alone.

I had a great concert at my hometown Weimar. I released my first own LP together with many people who helped and supported me. One song, I played together with Michael Nagler, a brilliant percussionist. A video of that live performance coming soon. I've been waiting a long time for the moment, releasing "Tag" on vinyl. You can get it here and share the wonderful feeling with me. Now it's time to prepare more tour concerts for may and october.

OUT NOW!
It's a strange moment. Years of work, endless interactions and fighting with myself. Now I'm sitting here and dip into the past time, focusing the box next to me. All thoughts compressed into a small disc. Each hand-made with love. Created in collaboration with the most important people in my life and through the most important people in my life.
One piece is for me. I open it and put it into the CD player. I'm leaning back, open a red wine and close my eyes. That will be the moment when my first own album "Tag" was released.
The shell of every person falls in a different way, in my case with music.
